About your experience with us

Tim and Meshell started shooting couples because of their own personal connection as a couple, wanting to capture the intense – energy- vibration between them, on film.
To be able to experience it time and again- see what it might look like to others when asked repeatedly “Are you newlyweds?” Joy, peace, overwhelming excitement- feelings that go beyond words, how do you capture that? To bottle it like a fine wine that you may take out and uncork and experience the aroma, taste and sounds of that vintage over and over again at your leisure.

We like to meet with our couples in the setting of their home before the actual photo shoot to get to know them and get a feel for what makes them tick. This is helpful for many reasons; one to see the environment that the final piece may hang- size, colors and to provide inspiration and insight to the couple’s decorating style, collections/passions. It gives Tim and Meshell a chance to see them relaxed and interacting without a big lens and hot lights pointing at them. This is a good time for inspiration and a feeling of comfort between all of us especially if they are shooting nudes. The photo shoot will be the ‘second date’.

“What does a sweet nothing look like anyway?!” It is different for everyone… The best plans are often unplanned and spontaneous. We may start with an inspiration, but the true inspiration comes as Spirit moves through all of us during a shoot and as we as artists, see the final images. Corny as it my sound the images actually speak to us. There are no rules- rules are meant to be broken anyway, right?

We shoot ‘From the Hip’ or outside the proverbial box. “Box? What box, I didn’t see any box!” It’s more like a never ending circle, an infinity sign looping around, Love never ending- isn’t that the way you feel about your significant other? We want to provide you with images that last a lifetime and are as unique as you are.
